Cancellation
Policy
Effective date: 4 October 2026
This Policy covers LOAD4SETU subscriptions and paid digital services. Cancellation of a transport arrangement between users is governed by their separate agreement with the relevant provider.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel through available account controls or email info@dahmilogistics.com. A cancellation received before the next authorised renewal charge stops that charge and future renewals. Paid access continues until the current billing period ends unless you request immediate closure or the plan states otherwise.
Refund eligibility
Refunds for unused subscription periods depend on the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law. A delivered one-time service may be non-refundable where disclosed in advance. Duplicate or incorrect charges, failed paid services and services not supplied as agreed will be reviewed, and amounts due will be refunded.
Cancellation by LOAD4SETU
If we cancel a paid service, we will refund the amount attributable to the undelivered portion unless you choose an agreed alternative. We will not introduce undisclosed cancellation charges or reduce rights protected by law.
Requesting a refund
Please provide your name, registered contact details, service and payment references, payment date and amount, and the reason for your request. We will confirm the outcome and explain any deduction. Approved refunds are initiated promptly within applicable legal or disclosed timelines, normally to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Account closure and transport commitments
Subscription cancellation, account closure and personal-information deletion are separate requests. Closing an account does not cancel transport contracts or outstanding obligations. Notify the relevant provider directly about any load or vehicle cancellation.
Questions and your rights
For assistance, contact info@dahmilogistics.com. Unresolved concerns may be escalated to the Grievance Officer under Contact Us. Policy changes apply prospectively and do not reduce existing refund entitlements. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
