These Terms govern your use of LOAD4SETU's website, accounts, digital transport services and paid subscriptions. LOAD4SETU is operated by Lalit Khemka, at 23/4 Bikramgarh, Kolkata, West Bengal 700032. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorised to represent your business. Provide accurate information, keep account details current and protect your credentials. You are responsible for authorised team access. Report suspected misuse promptly to info@dahmilogistics.com.
Platform services
LOAD4SETU supports load and vehicle discovery, communication and transport coordination through available features. Subscription access and usage limits are described in your selected plan. Users must independently verify business credentials and service suitability.
Transport responsibilities
Unless expressly agreed in writing, LOAD4SETU is not a carrier or party to transport contracts. Users independently agree on freight, payments, delivery, insurance and cancellation. Transport providers are responsible for their vehicles, drivers, permits and service performance.
Subscriptions and billing
Prices, taxes, billing periods, features and renewal terms are disclosed before purchase. Recurring charges require your express authorisation. Renewal price changes will be communicated in advance. Subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Responsible use and content
Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. Fraud, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorised access and misuse of personal information are prohibited. Submit only content you are entitled to share. You retain ownership and permit us to use it as necessary to provide the service. Our software and branding remain protected intellectual property.
Availability and account closure
Access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. We may restrict accounts for serious misuse or security risks, with an explanation where appropriate. Account closure does not cancel existing transport commitments or outstanding obligations.
Liability and disputes
We do not guarantee bookings, third-party payments or transport performance. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, and statutory remedies remain available.
Updates and support
We will publish revised Terms with an updated date and provide notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. For questions or complaints, contact info@dahmilogistics.com.
